At Syntec, we believe we are leaders in our field

At Syntec, we believe we are leaders in our field. Why? Because we look to evolve constantly via new methods and materials which will help you, our client, maintain a market edge. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce on-site time, but even after we pack up and go, we are always there for our clients. http://www.syntec.uk.com/retail

Frae Frozen Yoghurt is lovingly made on British farm with real yoghurt – just as Frae outlets have been lovingly made on British building site with British builders. Syntec projects are masters of creating quality budget take-away venues. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/retail/frae

Syntec worked with Art Against Knives to help them create their gallery space Boxpark, West London using a palette of budget materials a few years ago and so pleased with how well the project as a whole has done and just how vulnerable individuals they’ve been able to reach out to and help through the success of the gallery. Art Against Knives support local communities to gain the resources they need to create positive spaces for those most at risk of gang culture. Art Against Knives has created a network between existing organisations working to reduce knife crime. You can shop for originals and printed works to buy on their site along with original tees and photography also for sale. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/leisure/boxpark-art-against-knives

Syntec Projects have a long history of working with Brinkworth Design on projects for the well known high street brand Karen Millen.  Every store is unique and designed individually, there’s no rolled out and repeated interior for Karen Millen, this ensures that every project is interesting and challenging to us as shop-fitters. Syntec always relish the challenges we’re presented with and the high and exacting demands of both the designers and Karen Millen themselves. We have worked on many of their stores across the UK. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/retail/karen-millen-solihull-2001

Syntec are on the move. We have a new address from 4th March 2014. You will now find us at 29 Warple Way, London W3 0RX. We’ve moved over the weekend to minimize disruption to our services and staff.

Timeless Design from Syntec

Here’s a good example of the endurance of a Syntec Projects #RestaurantFitout at The Light Bar and Restaurant in #Shoreditch. This restaurant was fitted out by us back in 2002 and 12 years on it’s still looking just as good because of the durablility of materials and a timeless design. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/leisure/the-light-bar

The Lyttleton Bar and Restaurant is one of several places to stop off for refreshments when at The #RoyalNationalTheatre.  The Lyttleton Theatre is named after Oliver Lyttleton  (15 March 1893 – 21 January 1972) was a British businessman who was brought into government during WWII, holding a number of ministerial posts. The Lyttleton Bar and Restaurant was fitted out by Syntec Projects and has become a favourite with #TheatreGoers in London. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/leisure/the-royal-national-theatre

Syntec Venture 3 office extension

Venture 3 office extension. Some years ago we realised the #offic design of Venture 3 a successful PR company based in Central London. Here are some images of their recent extension we thought you might enjoy looking through.  We really enjoyed working there again and like nothing better than a well executed #officefitout.  http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/office/venture-3-extension

Syntec Projects – Social Housing. This #socialhousing project on Horn Lane Acton W3 forms a part of large redevelopment of housing on Horn Lane. The council are keen to see affordable housing, shared ownership and rented housing available in their borough. We think this one has strong sense of design and were glad to be the main contractors. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/housing/horn-lane

Refurbishment of a private dwelling London

We’d like to share with you this image from the refurbishment of a private dwelling in London’s Alexander Street. Here Syntec carried out structural alterations, including the creation of double height spaces, new opening to external walls and the high spec’ interior refurbishment. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/residential/alexander-st

This job was an interior modernisation and refurbishment to a period property in Lanark Road in The City of Westminster. Syntec  carried out all the refurbishments for this private dwelling. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/residential/lanark-road

A high tech kitchen and a bespoke luxury bathroom were among the spaces created during the structural alterations and  extensive refurbishments. At the privately owned property in Sheldon Avenue  we also created outdoor terraced areas to the rear over-looking the swimming pool.  http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/residential/sheldon-avenue

Syntec The devil is in the detail in refurbishment

The devil is in the detail at Gledhow Gardens. We recently completed this pared back, ultra modern and very minimalist refurbishment for private clients. We love the super slick curve of the staircase it’s a work of art in its own right! http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/residential/gledhow-gardens.html

We worked with award winning Brinkworth Design to create award winning chef Ollie Dabbous first restaurant in London’s West End on Whitfield Street. The look is raw and industrial, steelmesh, timber and concrete; this is in deliberate contrast to delicate and beautiful food.  Ollie has been heralded as the “culinary messiah” and is soon to open a second restaurant. http://www.syntec.uk.com/projects/leisure/dabbous

With expertise, flexibility, a can-do attitude, a continual respect for commercial realities and a total commitment to both build quality and client satisfaction. That’s us, shopfitters extraordinaire and some. http://www.syntec.uk.com/profile
